Learners engage in a conversation with eFlow’s AI tutor on Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, or even Instagram to learn about different topics from Cyber Security Awareness, Health, and safety courses to Financial literacy. All directly from where they already are. Organizations can either use the content we have on the platform or they can create their own using our advanced authoring tool. As learners engage with the bot to learn, our AI model analyzes their performance, emotions, and learning style and adapts accordingly. eFlow also enables instructors to see where the learner or group of learners is within a specific course. As well as start, stop, and restart courses as needed, including receiving alerts if a student needs direct assistance. The admin dashboard displays various metrics based on real-time data: number of participants, courses created, student activity status, overall progress, user logs, etc.
