This information is used to better match your interests with relevant EMA Providers and to facilitate meaningful connections.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

EMA may collect and process different types of lead-related data based on user interactions with the platform:

a) Visitor Leads

When you visit or view an EdTech solution or provider page on EMA, SEN may collect certain interaction and technical data, including:

  • Pages visited

  • General location (based on IP address)

  • Device and browser information

This data is used for analytics, platform improvement, and may be aggregated to provide insights to EMA Providers.

b) Lead Lists (Inquiry Leads)

When you actively express interest in a solution (e.g., by clicking a contact button, submitting a form, or requesting information), SEN may collect and process the following personal data:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Company name

  • Job title / position

  • Location

  • Segments or areas of interest

Certain information will be collected only if it is available in your account profile or provided during your interaction.

This information is used to connect you with relevant EMA Providers and facilitate follow-up communication.

3. How SEN Uses Your Personal Data

SEN may use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To operate and maintain the EMA platform

  • To facilitate connections between EMA Users and EMA Providers

EMA operates a lead generation model that includes both Visitor Leads and Lead Lists (Inquiry Leads).

By using EMA:

  • Visitor Leads may be aggregated and shared with EMA Providers for performance insights, without directly identifying individual users

When you actively express interest in a solution or provider (e.g., by submitting a form or clicking a contact button):

  • Your personal data may be collected as a Lead List (Inquiry Lead)

  • Such Lead Lists may be shared only with EMA Providers who have subscribed to or paid for lead generation services

  • EMA Providers who receive such data may use it to contact you regarding their products or services

The extent of data shared depends on the information available in your profile and/or provided during your interaction.

All such interactions are voluntary and initiated by your use of the platform.

5. Disclosure of Personal Data

SEN may disclose your personal data to:

  • EMA Providers whose listings you interact with

  • SEN’s affiliates, partners, or service providers

  • Third-party vendors supporting platform operations (e.g., hosting, analytics, email services)

  • Authorities or regulators where required by law

SEN takes reasonable steps to ensure that third parties handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.
